Also they replaced the complimentary car wash bay(s) with service bay(s) in order to get more money. I understand making profits, but customer "niceties" can accomplish the same thing.

Salesperson Tony Lipari met all expectations, but was treated disrespectfully by his sales manager in front of me (the customer). Having spent years running supply chains including customer service functions, if this was more than an aberrant one-time experience, then it is certainly something that needs correction. I have also used Molle's service center and can vouch for their expertise and timely service performance. My only criticism of this dealership as a whole is something out of their control-- the roads around them are crowded and further disrupted by ongoing construction. Hopefully that will resolve itself, as I plan to go nowhere else for service or purchase.

I met with Nick Cruse on Tuesday of last week to test drive a RAV 4 and Highlander. He was very understanding and showed me the difference between both cars. He was not pushy. Nick wanted what was best for our family. I appreciated greatly. We made an appointment to come back on Saturday. We were going to buy a car. Everything went great.
