Also they replaced the complimentary car wash bay(s) with service bay(s) in order to get more money. I understand making profits, but customer "niceties" can accomplish the same thing.

Bought a new Highlander XLE. Had particular needs both on features, cost, along with time constraints to spend closing the sale. Salesperson Tony Lipari met all expectations, but was treated disrespectfully by his sales manager in front of me (the customer). Having spent years running supply chains including customer service functions, if this was more than an aberrant one-time experience, then it is certainly something that needs correction. I have also used Molle's service center and can vouch for their expertise and timely service performance. My only criticism of this dealership as a whole is something out of their control-- the roads around them are crowded and further disrupted by ongoing construction. Hopefully that will resolve itself, as I plan to go nowhere else for service or purchase.

6. All the airbag (AB) systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door. Do not put objects in front of an AB or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. The force of an inflating AB may cause serious injury or death.
