Salesperson Tony Lipari met all expectations, but was treated disrespectfully by his sales manager in front of me (the customer). Having spent years running supply chains including customer service functions, if this was more than an aberrant one-time experience, then it is certainly something that needs correction. I have also used Molle's service center and can vouch for their expertise and timely service performance. My only criticism of this dealership as a whole is something out of their control-- the roads around them are crowded and further disrupted by ongoing construction. Hopefully that will resolve itself, as I plan to go nowhere else for service or purchase.

The dealership had a large variety but our heart was set on black interior and our perfect car had just been sold. He found one to be delivered to the dealership and we didn’t have to wait long at all! He was also very efficient with the purchasing process and paperwork getting us in and out so we could make it back home in time for a wedding.

I've been trying to figure out how to get my car out for service, it's been having a little trouble starting on cold mornings, and Jason was great. I was able to drop it off after I got off work, and he got to work in it the next day. He was very accommodating and understood that I might not be able to pick it up for a couple of days. I keep me posted about the problems and let me know what other service was coming due, and we were able to knock it my list in one trip - no pressure - just service.

I was looking at several different makes and models and visited numerous other dealerships during my car shopping. Randy was far and away the best salesman that I encountered. He was extremely helpful / knowledgeable throughout the whole process and wasn't afraid to offer his own insight on the cars we were considering which is something I value a lot. Never once did I feel like i was being pushed or sold, which is rare in what I experienced at other dealerships. Everyone we encountered at Molle was great to deal with, and the whole process went very smoothly for a busy Saturday afternoon. If you are buying a car this is your spot.

I met with Nick Cruse on Tuesday of last week to test drive a RAV 4 and Highlander. He was very understanding and showed me the difference between both cars. He was not pushy.
