I drove into the service area without an appointment. I had a tire loosing pressure that was on my Kia Soul. (Tire warranty when tires were purchased at my local Toyorta dealer). Due to the out of geographic purchase of the four tires, the repair could not be honored. That was NOT an issue as this is common with ZONES for Toyota dealers. Service advisor Brandon got me in to look at the tire. Remind you that I was not driving a Toyota and that I was from out of town and I had NO appointment. Our conversation about the tire was to patch or replace due to my out of town status. If the tire could be repaired, could a LOF and Tire rotation be completed at this visit. Brandon said that it would NOT be an issue. An hour and a half after I drove into the service lane, WITHOUT an appointment, the tire repair and the LOF and TR were completed. WOW. The welcoming of Brandon with his professional attitude of wanting to make sure that my needs were met, and the professional work that was performed on my Kia buy the technicians was so appreciated. We took the truck to get serviced. I can’t explain how awesome our service was! We got there early before our appointment and they got us right in, Hannah is absolutely amazing and treated us great, they fixed the recall without having us make a new appointment just for that, and they were quick! We will only be going here! Absolutely amazing service department!!!! If your waiting with kids it’s awesome they have their own waiting room with a tv and toys in it!

Buying experience very positive except for the Molle Toyota website KBB Instant Offer discussions. There should not be such high difference between the Molle KKB Instant Offer and what is actually offered by the dealership. Salesperson was very helpful and professional.
