The service team got all the scheduled maintenance completed. They even did some extra maintenance and made a few minor repairs that would have cost me well over a grand to have done myself; plus they put on new set of tires. When my sales paperwork was sent via email, it was sent as PDF.docs zipped up (not my preference and I had some difficulty quickly accessing my information on my mobile device the day my insurance carrier needed this information in a timely manner). My salesman Todd Heston seemed like the typical stereotype salesman put me off when I asked questions told let’s get this going and then we will get to that, well we didn’t get to that so not sure when we were went to look at my trade and I didn’t see it again until I talked to the finance manager who was a great guy. Anyway Todd put my old tag on the truck I purchased I didn’t give it much thought at the time because it took so long I was just ready to get out of there. I believe I am driving around illegally with tags that don’t belong to the vehicle they are on. Anyway I guess Molle Toyota can’t afford to spring for a temporary tag. He finished up with the customer he had in there within 15 minutes of me getting there but he decided to take 2 other customers in before me. They also had not done the inspection on the car which had been on their lot for at least 2 weeks so I had to wait 3 hours for that. I arrived at 10:20a.m. and did not get out of there until 4:30 and it was a simple cash/trade-in transaction. I was disappointed with the time it took to get the purchase accomplished. I even made the appointment the day prior. Within the first hour I had decided I would purchase the vehicle. Jessica my sales lady was fantastic though and everyone was kind just took all day. ”
