“ I had a great experience buying a used 2020 RAM 1500 from Molle Toyota! They put brand new wheels and tires on it, which made it look rugged, whoever did that knew what they were doing, and I appreciated that. I emailed them in advance, requesting their best out-the-door price including all fees, and they responded quickly. I negotiated my trade-in in person, and it went smoothly. I appreciate that they were willing to negotiate on the trade-in to make it work for my budget. When it comes to pickups, they are in such high demand that I found every other dealer I contacted was inflexible and wouldn't even negotiate. One of those trucks I was considering at another dealer had sat on the lot for more than 4 months, but they still insisted on the price, which was marked up from the listed online price after their added fees. Molle didn't do that. My experience with Molle was enjoyable, and everyone was friendly, from start to finish. I was at the dealership for about 2 hours. 30 minutes of that was the test drive, and we did have to wait for the finance guy for about 20 minutes, but overall I felt the experience was fast. Unfortunately, after the purchase was completed, the level of service felt noticeably different. I was given some inaccurate information about features like Alexa integration and remote start, and I was mostly left to figure out many of the vehicle features on my own. I also discovered that accessories I had requested, including locking lug nuts and a hitch, either had not been ordered yet or were backordered. I also felt a change in the overall interaction when I came in with my wife to trade in her vehicle. I can’t say why for certain, but it left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.
