I drove into the service area without an appointment. I had a tire loosing pressure that was on my Kia Soul. (Tire warranty when tires were purchased at my local Toyorta dealer). Due to the out of geographic purchase of the four tires, the repair could not be honored. That was NOT an issue as this is common with ZONES for Toyota dealers. Service advisor Brandon got me in to look at the tire. Remind you that I was not driving a Toyota and that I was from out of town and I had NO appointment. Our conversation about the tire was to patch or replace due to my out of town status. If the tire could be repaired, could a LOF and Tire rotation be completed at this visit. Brandon said that it would NOT be an issue. An hour and a half after I drove into the service lane, WITHOUT an appointment, the tire repair and the LOF and TR were completed. WOW. The welcoming of Brandon with his professional attitude of wanting to make sure that my needs were met, and the professional work that was performed on my Kia buy the technicians was so appreciated. This Toyota dealership is truly amazing. I am forever grateful for the Professionalism and welcoming attitudes that are at this Dealership. Respectfully, Rick Laslo

I like the waiting area, especially a separate area away from the television, where I can plug in my computer and work. Don Pelzer, Service Lane Manager is incredible. I called him back with a question the day after my service. He got back with me within 15 minutes and put my mind at ease. The department never guilts me into extra work, but instead are cognizant of some people's need to space out service expenditures.
