Blake's only "tactic" is to just help the buyer get 100% comfortable with the car, the price and the process. Blake is a true buyer's advocate. He gets honest answers to your questions, whether they are good or bad, gets any mechanical issues addressed, and works on the buyer's behalf with sales management so you get the terms you need at a price that's fair. Hats off the the Molle service team for getting the 2015 Volvo S80 T6 AWS Platinum I purchased ready for sale. Buying a used, higher mileage Volvo is a gamble. Volvo S80s are rare, a bit tricky and expensive to service, but a great, under appreciated, under valued car. The Molle service team helped mitigate the risks. The service team got all the scheduled maintenance completed. They even did some extra maintenance and made a few minor repairs that would have cost me well over a grand to have done myself; plus they put on new set of tires. If this is Molle's standard trade-in prep process, Molle's used cars are the area's premium, top notch, low risk, high value deals, buyers can feel safe and proud to drive home. I couldn't be happier with the car and the deal. It is amazing to be driving a solid, well maintained car that was the top of the Volvo lineup for the price of a used Corolla. I wouldn't have bought it without Blake's help. Thanks Blake! So, if you're in the market, forget the other guys. Get yourself an advocate, call Molle and ask for Blake Greene. ”

“ I am never excited to buy a car or even walk into a car dealership but Molle Toyota made things very quick and easy for me. The car I wanted was not in my local area so I ended up driving 3 hours to get here. I had plenty of communication with them before via phone, text, and email. I explained that I did not want to drive 3 hours and have my time wasted one some unforeseen detail and they were very understanding. When I arrived there, I was greeted pleasantly at the front desk and escorted to Deny's desk. Everything was in order and there were absolutely no surprises. In under 45 minutes, I was out the door with my new car. I highly recommend Molle Toyota for their excellent selection and service. A big shout out to Deny for making my experience worthwhile. Definitely 5/5! ”

“ I would like to start off this review by saying the overall buying experience with Brandon was very easy. No pressure to buy a warranty i didn't want, no sneaker dealer add on, and an reasonable doc fee that was expected. I did however have a bit of an issue with communication of an issue we had with the windshield. When we arrived to purchase the vehicle we were informed that there was a chip in the windshield. This seemed odd since that was never disclosed prior to us filling out the credit application, and when we showed up we were informed that the chip had just happened, which was total BS. They said they would fix the chip and when we show up for our scheduled tiime we get a bit of run around and were then told the person that does wind shields called in sick. If there was proper communication then we would have been informed prior to us driving an hour one way. We then rescheduled the service and when we go in they give us the runaround again talking about they would on fill the chip and you would still be able to see it. After some more runaround and not receiving a call from a manager to find a solution, we called and got the issue resolved with a windshield replacement. All in all they made it right but the lack of communication and what appeared to be dishonesty left a sour taste in my mouth. ”

“ It looks like I am going to be the only one with a bad review. My salesman Todd Heston seemed like the typical stereotype salesman put me off when I asked questions told let’s get this going and then we will get to that, well we didn’t get to that so not sure when we were went to look at my trade and I didn’t see it again until I talked to the finance manager who was a great guy. Anyway Todd put my old tag on the truck I purchased I didn’t give it much thought at the time because it took so long I was just ready to get out of there. I believe I am driving around illegally with tags that don’t belong to the vehicle they are on. Anyway I guess Molle Toyota can’t afford to spring for a temporary tag. Thanks Todd I have told everyone I know if they go to Molle Toyota to make sure they stay away from Todd Heston! ”

“ Stanley was a very professional Toyota consultant and he knew all of the Toyota products inside and out. However, once we decided to buy, it took 2.5 hours to finish the deal. This was not an issue with Stanley nor Darnel. Molle Toyota is simply short staffed in the business dept. Just a suggestion, but you might consider authorizing your more experienced Consultants to go ahead and finish the transaction once their customer makes the buying decision. Jon Prescott P.S.
