The service team got all the scheduled maintenance completed. They even did some extra maintenance and made a few minor repairs that would have cost me well over a grand to have done myself; plus they put on new set of tires. The car I wanted was not in my local area so I ended up driving 3 hours to get here. I had plenty of communication with them before via phone, text, and email. “ I would like to start off this review by saying the overall buying experience with Brandon was very easy. No pressure to buy a warranty i didn't want, no sneaker dealer add on, and an reasonable doc fee that was expected. I did however have a bit of an issue with communication of an issue we had with the windshield. When we arrived to purchase the vehicle we were informed that there was a chip in the windshield. This seemed odd since that was never disclosed prior to us filling out the credit application, and when we showed up we were informed that the chip had just happened, which was total BS. They said they would fix the chip and when we show up for our scheduled tiime we get a bit of run around and were then told the person that does wind shields called in sick. If there was proper communication then we would have been informed prior to us driving an hour one way. We then rescheduled the service and when we go in they give us the runaround again talking about they would on fill the chip and you would still be able to see it. After some more runaround and not receiving a call from a manager to find a solution, we called and got the issue resolved with a windshield replacement. All in all they made it right but the lack of communication and what appeared to be dishonesty left a sour taste in my mouth. ”

My salesman Todd Heston seemed like the typical stereotype salesman put me off when I asked questions told let’s get this going and then we will get to that, well we didn’t get to that so not sure when we were went to look at my trade and I didn’t see it again until I talked to the finance manager who was a great guy. Anyway Todd put my old tag on the truck I purchased I didn’t give it much thought at the time because it took so long I was just ready to get out of there. I believe I am driving around illegally with tags that don’t belong to the vehicle they are on. Anyway I guess Molle Toyota can’t afford to spring for a temporary tag. Thanks Todd I have told everyone I know if they go to Molle Toyota to make sure they stay away from Todd Heston! ”

All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door. Do not put objects in front of an AB or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. The force of an inflating AB may cause serious injury or death.
