Half the day is nearly over and we have not heard back yet, which is really frustrating. Hopefully these issues will be fixed 100% and in a timely manner! I happen to be on crutches (leg injury), and the access to the Service Writers desks could certainly be friendlier for people with access challenges. I had to hobble across the service bay, careful not to catch a crutch in the floor drain grating, and stand on my one good foot for several minutes waiting for my service mgr to free up to help me. Not ideal. If someone had a "real" disability, not a temporary one like mine, I think it would be very tough for them to get the service they need? Perhaps Molle should consider offering a place to sit while they work out the service needs? At any rate, good service, I will definitely use them, again. The service consultant, Brandon Holsburg, was friendly, quick and communicative. ”
