I was very pleased that they assessed the car beyond the issue at hand. We bought it used four years ago, with 150,000 miles, and there was no record of the timing belt being replaced. They suggested it might be a problem, so we went ahead with the work. Turns out it was the original belt and had fissures covering every centimeter. It was a disaster waiting to happen and I am grateful they took the time to look at the rest of the car.

We just purchased a used car last night. The car looks great and we were told that it was getting a brake job and new tires. The tires were replaced but the brakes are still pulsating and we were told by the rep that the rotors were turned and that it will just take a bit for the brake pads to set in which, in my opinion is not right, so we have to take it back for this. My daughter went ahead and drove the car home because she doesnt have a vehicle now. By the time she got home, the check engine light had come on and the cruise didnt work. It had a code that said something about the turbo. I text the sales rep last night about it and he did get back to me stating he would let them know. My daughter called this morning and left a message, I called this morning and left a message and contacted the rep again who told me he was off today but would let them know, again. Half the day is nearly over and we have not heard back yet, which is really frustrating. Hopefully these issues will be fixed 100% and in a timely manner! I will follow up on this review once we have some progress Got a call back. My daughter is taking it back up tomorrow morning and they are giving her a vehicle to drive while they repair the car we just bought. Will repost the progress Car is in the shop and they are fixing everything AND gave my daughter a car to drive while it is there! Thank you guys!
