We just purchased a used car last night. The car looks great and we were told that it was getting a brake job and new tires. The tires were replaced but the brakes are still pulsating and we were told by the rep that the rotors were turned and that it will just take a bit for the brake pads to set in which, in my opinion is not right, so we have to take it back for this. My daughter went ahead and drove the car home because she doesnt have a vehicle now. By the time she got home, the check engine light had come on and the cruise didnt work. It had a code that said something about the turbo. I text the sales rep last night about it and he did get back to me stating he would let them know. My daughter called this morning and left a message, I called this morning and left a message and contacted the rep again who told me he was off today but would let them know, again. Half the day is nearly over and we have not heard back yet, which is really frustrating. Hopefully these issues will be fixed 100% and in a timely manner! I will follow up on this review once we have some progress! Not happy right now! Got a call back. My daughter is taking it back up tomorrow morning and they are giving her a vehicle to drive while they repair the car we just bought. Will repost the progress

Molle Toyota, is my go to car service place. As someone who knows nothing about cars, it's always a fear I'll be taken advantage of, but not here. They always explain everything that is going on with my car and the current state it is in. 9 times out of 10 I'm in and out of there within an hour. Most importantly each and every worker always greets me with a smile on their face and is friendly and kind. I can't say enough great things about this place!!!

Good service. I took my vehicle in for a recall. They finished it quickly and efficiently. I happen to be on crutches (leg injury), and the access to the Service Writers desks could certainly be friendlier for people with access challenges. I had to hobble across the service bay, careful not to catch a crutch in the floor drain grating, and stand on my one good foot for several minutes waiting for my service mgr to free up to help me. Not ideal. If someone had a "real" disability, not a temporary one like mine, I think it would be very tough for them to get the service they need? Perhaps Molle should consider offering a place to sit while they work out the service needs? At any rate, good service, I will definitely use them, again. The service consultant, Brandon Holsburg, was friendly, quick and communicative.

On Tuesday, November 26 I did have a lot of preventive and other work done so I kind of understand 3 hours. However, I could have been told so I could have gone home. 1. All the airbag (AB) systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door. Do not put objects in front of an AB or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. The force of an inflating AB may cause serious injury or death.
