Hats off the the Molle service team for getting the 2015 Volvo S80 T6 AWS Platinum I purchased ready for sale. Buying a used, higher mileage Volvo is a gamble. Volvo S80s are rare, a bit tricky and expensive to service, but a great, under appreciated, under valued car. The Molle service team helped mitigate the risks. The service team got all the scheduled maintenance completed. They even did some extra maintenance and made a few minor repairs that would have cost me well over a grand to have done myself; plus they put on new set of tires. If this is Molle's standard trade-in prep process, Molle's used cars are the area's premium, top notch, low risk, high value deals, buyers can feel safe and proud to drive home. I couldn't be happier with the car and the deal. It is amazing to be driving a solid, well maintained car that was the top of the Volvo lineup for the price of a used Corolla. I wouldn't have bought it without Blake's help. Thanks Blake! So, if you're in the market, forget the other guys. Get yourself an advocate, call Molle and ask for Blake Greene. ”

“ I found a used camry online and swooped in to check it out. Samuel (sales person/customer satisfaction expert) had the door open for me at 8:30am! The entire process was transparent and smooth. Love the ride, thanks Samuel. Never change young man. When my sales paperwork was sent via email, it was sent as PDF.docs zipped up (not my preference and I had some difficulty quickly accessing my information on my mobile device the day my insurance carrier needed this information in a timely manner). When I called to inquire around 10AM, the receptionist transferred me to VM. When I called again to try and speak directly with a person from finance, she was very short and rude in her demeanor loudly stating "well all the finance people are in a morning meeting and you will have to wait"! I am truly hoping this is not the normative customer service experience I will receive here, the jury is still out I suppose. Although it's true that customers have to wait for due process within an organziational structure, it is not true that we "have" to do or not do what we are told, there are always other options and this is why we perform google reviews. I suggest a re-education regarding customer interactions occur as soon as possible. ”

My salesman Todd Heston seemed like the typical stereotype salesman put me off when I asked questions told let’s get this going and then we will get to that, well we didn’t get to that so not sure when we were went to look at my trade and I didn’t see it again until I talked to the finance manager who was a great guy. Anyway Todd put my old tag on the truck I purchased I didn’t give it much thought at the time because it took so long I was just ready to get out of there. I believe I am driving around illegally with tags that don’t belong to the vehicle they are on. Anyway I guess Molle Toyota can’t afford to spring for a temporary tag. Thanks Todd I have told everyone I know if they go to Molle Toyota to make sure they stay away from Todd Heston! ”
