Jason was genuinely concerned for my mother's condition and understood we were looking to do the minimum possible to get the van into a state that could be used for a short term vehicle. He could have easily hyped up the need to replace the exhaust system or any number of other things. He did not do that - he recommended doing only what was absolutely necessary. He was compassionate, honest and helped ease a stressful situation. We will be back in a few months to start looking for a replacement for the Matrix. ”
