I was very pleased that they assessed the car beyond the issue at hand. We bought it used four years ago, with 150,000 miles, and there was no record of the timing belt being replaced. They suggested it might be a problem, so we went ahead with the work. Turns out it was the original belt and had fissures covering every centimeter. It was a disaster waiting to happen and I am grateful they took the time to look at the rest of the car.

My engine light came on so of course I panicked. I got right in to have it checked and within about 20 minutes they knew it was my gas cap. They replaced it and I was out of there in about an hour.

We just purchased a used car last night. The car looks great and we were told that it was getting a brake job and new tires. The tires were replaced but the brakes are still pulsating and we were told by the rep that the rotors were turned and that it will just take a bit for the brake pads to set in which, in my opinion is not right, so we have to take it back for this. My daughter went ahead and drove the car home because she doesnt have a vehicle now. By the time she got home, the check engine light had come on and the cruise didnt work. It had a code that said something about the turbo. I text the sales rep last night about it and he did get back to me stating he would let them know. My daughter called this morning and left a message, I called this morning and left a message and contacted the rep again who told me he was off today but would let them know, again. Half the day is nearly over and we have not heard back yet, which is really frustrating. Hopefully these issues will be fixed 100% and in a timely manner! I will follow up on this review once we have some progress Got a call back. My daughter is taking it back up tomorrow morning and they are giving her a vehicle to drive while they repair the car we just bought. Will repost the progress Car is in the shop and they are fixing everything AND gave my daughter a car to drive while it is there! Thank you guys!

1. Trailer-Sway Control (TSC) is an electronic system designed to help the driver maintain vehicle control under adverse conditions. It is not a substitute for safe driving practices. Factors including speed, road conditions and driver steering input can all affect whether TSC will be effective in preventing a loss of control. Please see your Owner’s Manual for further details.

2. The Integrated Trailer Brake Controller is an electronic system that operates in tandem with a properly equipped trailer with an electric braking system. It is designed to help the driver maintain trailer control by increasing or reducing trailer braking based on trailer weight. It is not a substitute for safe towing practices. Factors including speed, road conditions and driver input can all affect trailer braking control. See Owner’s Manual for details.

4. The Pre-Collision System is designed to help reduce the crash speed and damage in certain frontal collisions only. It is not a collision-avoidance system and is not a substitute for safe and attentive driving. System effectiveness depends on many factors, such as speed, driver input and road conditions. 5. Lane Departure Alert is designed to read the lane markers under certain conditions, and provide visual and audible alerts when lane departure is detected. It is not a collision-avoidance system or a substitute for safe and attentive driving. Effectiveness depends on many factors. See Owner’s Manual for more information. 

6. All the airbag (AB) systems are Supplemental Restraint Systems. All ABs (if installed) are designed to inflate only under certain conditions and in certain types of severe collisions: frontal and knee ABs typically inflate in frontal collisions; side and side curtain ABs in side collisions; Roll-Sensing Curtain ABs at a severe tilt degree, roll or lateral G-force. In all other accidents, the ABs will not inflate. To decrease the risk of injury from an inflating AB, always wear seatbelts, sit upright in the middle of the seat as far back as possible and do not lean against the door. Do not put objects in front of an AB or around the seatback. Do not use a rearward-facing child seat in any front passenger seat. The force of an inflating AB may cause serious injury or death. See your Owner’s Manual for further information/warnings.

7. Before towing, confirm your vehicle and trailer are compatible, hooked up and loaded properly and that you have any necessary additional equipment. Do not exceed any Weight Ratings and follow all instructions in your Owner's Manual. The maximum you can tow depends on base curb weight plus the total weight of any cargo, occupants, and added vehicle equipment. “Added vehicle equipment” includes additional standard/optional equipment and accessories added by the manufacturer, dealers, and/or vehicle owners. The only way to be certain of your vehicle's exact curb weight is to weigh your vehicle without passengers or cargo.
