Great Job Molle! Jay Beach in the service department is doing a first class job. I presented him with a challenge I was facing with my Tundra, and not only did he resolve the issue, but he went above and beyond to be sure that I was completely satisfied with the results - he also got me in for a much needed oil change! Jay coordinated all of this with Kelly (Collison Department) while my vehicle was in for an unrelated fender bender. Kelly has been fantastic also - she received my initial inquiry, followed up quickly and professionally, and greeted me with a warm smile when I checked my vehicle in - thank you! I came in for my regular oil change and tire rotation. My tire pressure indicator was also on. When the car was returned to me, I asked if the tire pressure light was off. I was told it should be because the tires were checked and air added as needed. Well, I started my car and the light was still on. I returned to the service desk and was told it will be taken care of. Ten minutes later I was told that my spare tire was low and that was setting off the sensor. When I returned home, I decided to check my wife's spare tire, as she has her car serviced with you as well. Sure enough, her spare tire 20 lbs of air, so obviously that tire has never been checked. I checked with my father-in-law who is a retired engineer from Toyota and he assured me that checking the spare tire is part of any tire rotation service. I always appreciate the fast service I receive at Molle, but I wouldn't mind waiting a few more minutes for the job to be complete.

The agent Mr. Christopher Pounds is very professional and honest. He gave us the discounted price that their admin. person Beth Andrews told me via email. The finance person JR is very professional and did not pressure us to buy extra services . They have a very low administrative fee of less than 200. That is the only fee plus a 6 dollars documentation fee that I have to pay. Highly recommended.

Love the shuttle service to my job and picking me up at my job later in the day. Jason was very helpful and staying late to meet me at the end of the day. Ordered complete left side mirror on 7/2. Was to be called when in. No paper work given. Never contacted so on 7/25 I called Parts Dept. Informed it arrived 7/3 and Andrew was not sure why I hadn't been called. Installed on 29th without any issues. I'd ask Jonathan Cowart what made my back up camera look 'hazy' and said he'd check. Kept me informed throughout. He also told me my 'camera' was dirty so worked less effectively. Unable to get car washed (badly needed as I had been on unpaved roads) as the left side mirror was being held in place with duct tape and would not survive a car wash. Not commenting with stars on Price below as nearly $600.00 seems a lot but then again, the mirror does a lot. Thanks, Carol Perry The 4 stars for customer service is in regard to not being told an important part was in. Service 5 +.

Called and made an appointment. Was made aware of a recall that also needed addressed. Showed up at appointment time and waited in clean waiting room. It took a little longer then they told me on the phone. But, the technician made me aware of this when I checked in. Good experience. They did my scheduled service, took care of my recall, advised what I would probably need down the road but didn't try to add on and sell me things I didn't need which I appreciate very much.
