Accident Prevention

So, what features are included as part of Toyota Safety Sense™1? The latest TSS 2.0 suite addresses the three primary accident types2—frontal collisions, unintended lane departures, and impaired visibility—with its Pre-Collision System3, Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist and Road Edge Detection4, and Automatic High Beams5. In addition, you could also benefit from Dynamic Radar Cruise Control6, as this advancement automatically maintains both a preset speed and following distance from the vehicle ahead to ensure that you maintain a safe buffer zone. This feature is enhanced with Lane Tracing Assist7 in newer models to also keep you centered in your lane.

Molle Toyota, is my go to car service place. As someone who knows nothing about cars, it's always a fear I'll be taken advantage of, but not here. They always explain everything that is going on with my car and the current state it is in. 9 times out of 10 I'm in and out of there within an hour. I have been coming here since 1994 when I got my first Corolla and have been very pleased. This time the staff and the work were excellent. But the wait was not. On Tuesday, November 26 I did have a lot of preventive and other work done so I kind of understand 3 hours. However, I could have been told so I could have gone home. I needed a new tire which I would get on Friday, the 29th. I was told I would be in and out. Two hours later, I finally said something to my technician (who was very nice). Most people that came in after me were leaving. If making an appointment does't help, then quit doing it. Thanks

Good service. I took my vehicle in for a recall. They finished it quickly and efficiently. I happen to be on crutches (leg injury), and the access to the Service Writers desks could certainly be friendlier for people with access challenges. I had to hobble across the service bay, careful not to catch a crutch in the floor drain grating, and stand on my one good foot for several minutes waiting for my service mgr to free up to help me. Not ideal. If someone had a "real" disability, not a temporary one like mine, I think it would be very tough for them to get the service they need? Perhaps Molle should consider offering a place to sit while they work out the service needs? At any rate, good service, I will definitely use them, again. The service consultant, Brandon Holsburg, was friendly, quick and communicative.

There were several technicians that worked on my CarPlay USB port, supposedly replaced it but the problem still exists. The port doesn’t charge my phone and doesn’t connect the phone to the car. The techs thought it was a problem with my phone, but after 3 visits with Apple Techs the car isn’t sending any signals to the phone. It will be back to the dealership.
