Excellent experience!

Annual service

Came in for annual service, oil change and tire rotation. No problems with the car. Able to confirm with associate that in fact I only need to do service annually since I am not driving 10,000 miles in a year. That has been an item of confusion over the last 2 years but am glad to have that cleared up going forward. Got in timely and only took an hour.

Got 'er done

Considering that I needed to get a car quickly to avoid extra car rental expenses, I spent two days scouring for a car. I finally settled on the Toyota Corolla which had all the top of the line features that my totaled Ford Focus had. Jonathan took time with me, knew I wasn't going to make a decision the first day and gave me the information needed and gave me space. I returned the next day and he met with me and my brother-in-law and ironed out a deal to lease the car. I signed the paper work that night and picked up my vehicle today. All in all, considering the trauma that had occurred with the accident and considering the time element involved, the experience was easy. I appreciate the treatment Jonathan and Molle Toyota gave me.

I made an appointment for 6:30, however, nobody who can work on the car is there until about 7 a.m. It's pretty annoying that I got there half an hour earlier for an appointment that isn't going to start until 7.

Quick and seamless experience

I drove 5 hours, from Iowa, to purchase my vehicle here. This was hands down the best experience I’ve had with a dealership EVER. Best Sales Experience, Ever!

Randy and this dealership went way beyond what anyone else has done to ensure I got the exact vehicle I wanted. I had been in an accident and my car was totaled. Randy made certain the car I had put a small amount down on was held a few days, so I wasn't worried. My dream car (SUV) was ready and waiting for me, when the insurance money was transferred to my bank! No "salesmanship" was involved. Just friendly help. It can't get better than that!

Service above and beyond. Customers were stacked up in two lines extending outside the service doors. Figured I would wait quite awhile but a service advisor (Rick) came out into the drizzle to get my VIN and keys, then asked me to meet him at the service podium. We discussed the service needed then I waited for not quite an hour in the comfort of the customer waiting room. Rick said, on parting, that I took good care of the car. Evidently the service team really appreciates customers with well-cared-for cars.

Update on MDF radio

I had planned to trade in my 2012 Prius V for a new model but before I could make the deal the MDF screen had quit working. It had done this one time before and I had gotten it to reboot. This time was taking longer so when the used car shop added another $2000 to the car I was going to by to make up the difference I said forget it. I had the service look at it and they said I would need to replace it but that if it came back online to bring it in and they would upgrade the software. It came back a couple of weeks later and the service department updated the software, so I'm very pleased. I've bought my last 3 cars from Molle but after the way the used car dealership treated me I'll never buy another one. But your service department especially Joe is great and I'll continue using them .

Update on MDF radio

I was happy for the tire sale as I desperately needed tires before winter. Was disappointed how long it took to get them installed - didn't realize it was going to take 3 hours, wish I would have known. The gentleman who drove my car up to the service desk needs to pull his pants up and wear a belt. His pants were hanging low, his red underwear was showing, he looked very unprofessional and a little like a "thug". Also, as I drove away I realized I had a burnt out headlight - I think they could have checked on the other things of my car to make sure everything was functional prior to my leaving as a courtesy since I have only ever taken this car to Molle for service (last 6.5 years). I had to stop at the auto parts store on my way home to purchase a headlight. Added to my semi frustrated day.

Awesome Servce

I made an appointment because my tire pressure light was on. I got the appointment the same day. When I got there, Joe was very nice and pleasant. They took a look at my tires and found that all were low, but nothing was found to be wrong. Joe explained that because of the recent temperature change, sometimes tire pressure is impacted. They checked all 4 tires and sent me on my way. Fast service, kind technician and no charge!
